| Moeckel Carbonell Associates Inc. in joint venture with RTKL and Henry Adams, were commissioned to design and construct a 65,000 s.f. addition to the existing VA Hospital building, as well as 30,000 s.f. of renovation including the addition of an air-conditioning system in the main hospital building. | |
| Areas included in the new addition were medical administrative service areas, pharmacy, ambulatory care, dental, nuclear medicine service and outpatient surgical suite. |
