| The Restaurant will be added to the south end of the
renovated structure and the dining area, bar, and large outdoor deck will offer patrons
views of the Christina River. A new, spacious opening between the first and second
floors of the Market will open the main floor to a two story height while providing a
balcony-like second floor eating and gathering space. The second floor of the
restaurant will contain banquet rooms, a small bar and another small deck overlooking the
river.
The exterior of both the Market and the Restaurant
will be in keeping with the historically industrial nature of the area, and the history of
the existing building.
