Harold has been with Moeckel Carbonell since 1964, and has spent his entire career with the firm. He is a specialist in overseeing multi-discipline design teams on complex projects and has been involved in numerous projects including renovations and new construction. Harold has consulted to the State on building code and life safety issues on numerous occasions, and has served on the State Fire Marshal's Screening Committee for selection of State Fire Protection Engineers and the Review Committee for the State Fire Prevention Code updating process. He is a past-president of AIA Delaware, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member and past president of the Brandywine Rotary Club.
