Paul Guggenberger, AIA, joined Moeckel Carbonell Associates Inc. as Project Architect in 2003. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is recognized as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council. Mr. Guggenberger, now Senior Architect, has 14 years of professional architectural experience including project management, quality control, and document review as well as consulting on design and detailing issues. His background includes work for residential, institutional, industrial, and religious clients with primary focus on private corporate and commercial clients. Since joining Moeckel Carbonell Associates Inc., Mr. Guggenberger has participated on projects for: Hamilton Farm Golf Club, Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, Patterson- Schwartz and Associates and for the State of Delaware. He is currently serving as Senior Architect for the Christina Crescent Development on the Wilmington Riverfront and for the Kent County Courthouse in Dover, Delaware. He has recently been involved with the firm's sustainable design projects including the Christina Crescent Development now under construction as well as reviewing projects for LEED compliance.
