designed this new 400 seat professional theater as part of Wilmington, Delaware's urban
redevelopment effort. The 19,500 s.f. facility is Delaware's only non-profit,
full-time professional theater. |

| The structure includes rehearsal rooms,
set construction areas, dressing rooms, meeting areas and audience support spaces.
This project, which was designed and built on a very limited budget, incorporated
extensive use of architectural cut-block and glass. |

| Moeckel Carbonell Associates Inc. was
the recipient of a 1988 First Honor Award from the Society of Architects for the design of
this project. |
