Moeckel Carbonell Associates Inc. was commissioned to design a new satellite clubhouse for this new golf course, and to upgrade the existing Flourtown clubhouse and maintenance complex
The space program for the satellite clubhouse included a lounge/bar to accommodate 50 people for dining, and the expansion of covered terrace dining. Accommodations were made for a new kitchen, storage space and space for temporary bag storage, a satellite pro shop and men's and women's locker facilities. The existing Flourtown clubhouse was also renovated. Additional space for the golf professionals, their staff and a new pro shop was added. Bag storage was increased, and the ladies locker room was replaced with expanded facilities.
