Delaware Center for Horticulture

An adaptive reuse of an existing 13,000 sq. ft. Parks and Recreation maintenance building complex, the design includes multi-purpose spaces, job training facilities, administrative offices, a horticultural library, retail space, staff and volunteer offices and demonstration gardens. The original brick structure was preserved, and the trusses and heavy timber window treatments were painted to lighten the space.
