The facility will be built in two phases. Phase I, completed in November 2001, is 10,000 sq. ft. and houses full-time Physician Private Practice Suites, a Rotating Specialist Suite, a Behavioral Health Practice and Bayhealth Ancillary Services. Phase II is intended to add 20,000 sq. ft. of undefined private practice and diagnostic space to the facility.
