This project entails the renovation and expansion of this international flooring manufacturer's fitness center. Located in Salem, New Jersey, the facility is registered for certification by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) as a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) project. Using integrated green building systems and techniques as an approach to environmentally responsible building and site design, the new facility will provide a fitness center that is responsive to the client's expressed corporate fitness program while demonstrating the client's commitment toward preserving the local environment for future generations.
