Bank One developed a phased real estate strategy to consolidate multiple
leased facilities and address short and long-term growth. Personnel
were to be relocated from leased facilities into a suburban campus
for customer service and call center personnel.
Moeckel Carbonell Associates Inc. assessed and master planned a 100-acre site in Bear, Delaware for a 600,000 sq. ft. corporate campus to meet First USA's space needs. High technology was balanced with traditional values to create a sophisticated, productive, and environmentally responsive 21st Century work place. |
